    Hi Don and Carol
What a great site. My maternal G-G-Grandad is William Martin, Jonathan and Aaron's brother. I have enjoyed discovering more about them and where they disappeared to. It has been really interesting.
As I said my family is descended from William and as far as I can discover most of them still live in England.
I have quickly read through your history of the Martins and thought you might like to know Jonathan, Aaron and Williams's grandfather originated in Arcey, France. Nicholas' first wife (Anne Coulon) died in France in 1784 and he then must have gone to England where he married Phebe Ringwood 15/12/1784
    - the rest you know.
Thank you again for the great site Tracey
