      I can't find anything about Catherine McDougall on the Scottish Websit e! Have checked Census as well (1851)

      She was 43 years of age when she married John Featherston who was 51 ! Her occupation was that of a domestic servant! In the 1861 Census (which I think may be the same woman!) again her occupation is that of a domestic servant.
