      This is the last will and Testament of me Charles Featherstonhaugh of Wendover in the county of Buckingham Ropemaker I hereby will and bequeath all the real and personal estate that I maybe possessed of at the time of my decease to my nephew Edwin Featherstonhaugh of 32 St Margaret Street Clerkenwell and I appoint the aforesaid Edwin Featherstonhaugh sole executor of this my will hereby revoking all former testamentary writings In witness whereof I have hereunder set my hand this sixteenth day of September in the year of Our Lord eighteen hundred and eighty four Charles Featherstonhaugh
