The Probate of the Will of the Reverend Thomas Orme Fetherston H, (sometimes styled Fetherstonhaugh) late of Moyne Glebe in the County of Wicklow Clerk who died on or about 19 June 1873 at Moyne Glebe was granted 25 July 1873 at Dublin to Godfrey Fetherston H junior of 40 Upper Rutland Street Dublin Land Agent and Henry Fetherston H of Tullamore Kings County Esquire the Brother the Executors.

He married Henrietta Lucretia Richardson, daughter of Captain John Richardson, on 27 March 1856. He died on 19 June 1873 at age 63 at Moyne, County Wicklow, Ireland. He was the Rector at Moyne, County Wicklow, Ireland. He lived at Moyne Glebe, Rathdrum, Ireland.
