    • Married first to a Wilson. A copy of her father's will dated 15 Dec 1842and filed for probate 19 Jul 1847 reads in part.... 'Item:  As Ihad given to my daughter Martha L. Featherston in her life time only onethousand and ten dollars, it is my will and desire that her threechildren viz: Sophronia Ann Wilson, William Henry Featherston and RobertFeatherston shall have seven hundred dollars to make them equal with myson William's son, one half to the said Sophronia Ann Wilson and theother other half to be equally divided between the said William Henryand Robert Featherston. This indicates that Martha died before 1842. [1]
