      Alexandre Riles, found the body of Albert Featherston, aged 19, on the beach near the foot of Twentieth Street. He was a son of Hon. Louis P Featherston, who formerly represented an Arkansas district in congress and who is now secretary of the Gulf and Interstate railway.
